Include as much context as you can — what you were trying to do, what happened, the device and browser you used — and we will get back to you as quickly as possible, usually within one business day.

Journalists and creators working on a story about AI companionship, conversational design or the studio behind Kuro Ai can reach us at the same address with "Press" in the subject line. We are happy to share background, screenshots and quotes on request.

Reporting abuse
If you have encountered behaviour that violates our Terms of Use or content guidelines, report it from your account or email us with the details. Our trust and safety team reviews every report.
